Every piece is part of a limited chapter. Here’s what to know about shipping, preorders, exchanges, and store credit before checkout.

Ready-to-ship items

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Preorder items

Preorder items are not currently in stock and will ship within the estimated processing timeframe. Please do not purchase preorder items if you are not comfortable waiting.

Estimated processing time: 8–10 weeks. Timeframes may vary slightly depending on production and shipping conditions.

Mixed orders

If your order includes both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready. If you’d like ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

U.S. shipping times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays + Delivery

While we do our best to meet all timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, production delays, or shipping carrier delays.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Cash & Cub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package is marked as delivered, Cash & Cub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your shipping carrier directly.

Returns

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are considered final. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing.

We do not offer traditional returns. Eligible items may qualify for size exchanges, if inventory is available, or store credit.

Eligibility

Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, have original tags attached, and be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Final sale items include:

  • Preorder items
  • Limited drop pieces
  • Items marked final sale
  • Anything worn, washed, damaged, or without original tags

If your requested exchange size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead. Store credit is sent by email, never expires, and can be used toward future drops.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
